We are partnering with a leading Irish organisation currently undertaking a significant systems transformation programme. As part of this strategic initiative, an experienced Business Analyst is required to support process improvement, systems implementation, and business change activities across multiple functions.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-impact transformation project, working with stakeholders across the business to help shape future processes and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements and functional specifications.
• Review, map and enhance end-to-end business processes.
• Translate business requirements into clear system and technical requirements.
• Support user acceptance testing, including the development of test scripts and test scenarios.
• Assist with end-user training and adoption activities.
• Create and maintain process documentation and workflow maps.
• Work closely with change and training teams to support successful programme delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

• Proven experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally within transformation or systems implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of both business operations and technology solutions.
• Experience with process mapping, business process improvement and documentation.
• Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments would be advantageous.

• Dynamics CRM
• Power Platform (Power Apps)
• JIRA
• Power BI
• Jet Reports
• Salesforce
• Microsoft Office Suite
