Brach Supervisor - Builders Providers (Sligo)
Are you organized, customer-focused, and ready to take on a leadership role? We are looking for a dedicated Branch Supervisor to play a fundamental part in delivering excellent service to both new and established customers in our store.
In this role, you will work closely with our Trade Counter and Shop Floor staff, helping drive our continued success.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Care: Ensure the efficient processing and follow-up of customer enquiries, building successful, long-term relationships that foster customer loyalty.

Sales Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and other relevant daily activities.

Team & Sales Support: Support and liaise with our External Sales Representatives to make sure customer quotes and orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Supplier Relations: Maintain effective communication with suppliers regarding product sourcing, delivery, and building strong working relationships.
Candidate Criteria

Product Knowledge: Basic knowledge of building and timber products.

Experience: Previous experience supervising staff would be a distinct advantage.

Tech Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and computerised accounts systems is an advantage.
