About the Role
A fast‑growing SaaS startup is hiring a BDR Manager who thrives in supportive, collaborative environments and enjoys developing people. This role is ideal for someone who leads with empathy, brings structure and clarity to fast‑moving teams, and wants to build a healthy, inclusive sales culture from the ground up.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership and play a central role in shaping how the team communicates, grows, and succeeds together.
What You’ll Do

Coach and uplift BDRs, helping them build confidence in cold calling and outbound prospecting

Refine messaging, cadences and playbooks with a thoughtful, human‑centred approach

Ensure the team consistently generates high‑quality discovery calls

Create a psychologically safe environment where people feel supported, heard and motivated

Bring organisation, structure and calm to lead flow, pipeline processes and daily execution
What You Bring
-
3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including 1+ year in a leadership or team‑lead role

Experience in a high‑growth or early‑stage environment

Strong outbound expertise across tools, sequencing and cold calling

A coaching‑first, values‑driven leadership style with a focus on development and inclusion
