About the Role
This Financial Accounting & Advisory Services (FAAS) role focuses on helping CFOs, controllers, treasurers, and audit committees navigate complex financial reporting, regulatory changes, and finance transformation. The team provides insight, advice, and practical support to enhance transparency and decision-making, while leveraging technology and data analytics to drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and provide solutions to complex accounting and regulatory issues.

  • Keep up to date with accounting and industry changes, presenting insights to clients.

  • Support financial and regulatory reporting teams in delivering accurate and meaningful reporting.

  • Lead the implementation of new accounting standards, GAAP conversions, and regulatory updates.

  • Plan, execute, and deliver client engagements, including complex finance projects and change initiatives.

  • Lead and mentor junior team members, acting as the primary contact with senior client leaders.

  • Build strong internal relationships across teams to share knowledge and enhance service delivery.

  • Leverage technology to improve processes, knowledge sharing, and service quality.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.

  • Professional accounting certification preferred (ACA, ACCA) but not required.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in audit or financial services industry roles (banking, wealth management, asset management, insurance, or leasing).

  • Excellent project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong initiative, ability to take ownership, and capability to identify opportunities to improve processes.
