Assistant Fencing Manager (North Cork)

This is a full-time, permanent position offering an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to develop a long-term management career within a well-established and growing business. Candidates from agriculture, construction, trade, or related sectors are encouraged to apply.
The role is ideally suited to candidates based in the Northwest Cork or North Cork region, with a primary office location in Kanturk. Some travel throughout the region will be required, with additional operational sites located in Bruree and Bandon.

Key Responsibilities
As an Agri Trainee Manager, your responsibilities will include:
· Conducting site surveys and preparing quotations for fencing contracts
· Pricing and managing fencing projects across the region
· Supporting the recruitment and interviewing of new team members
· Coordinating training and development for site operatives
· Managing subcontractors and ensuring quality standards are maintained
· Building and maintaining relationships with customers and key stakeholders
· Representing the business at agricultural events, trade shows, and promotional activities
· Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the region
· Supporting marketing initiatives, including traditional advertising, digital channels, and social media campaigns
· Working closely with the national management team to enhance existing services and develop new products and service offerings
The Ideal Candidate

· A full, clean driving licence
Experience within agriculture, construction, fencing, trade sales, project coordination, or a related industry would be a distinct advantage, although full training will be provided.
