An exciting opportunity has arisen for two experienced and motivated Assistant Directors of Nursing to join a dynamic team within a modern acute transitional care setting in Raheen, Limerick.
The Director of Nursing comes from a background of running a similar successful transitional care facility as well as a career built in Acute hospital setting of the Emergency Department. She is looking for two Assistant Directors of Nursing who will help her to maintain a standard of excellent clinical care within an acute setting.
The successful candidate will represent the organisation at hospital based assessments to determine patient’s suitability for transfer as well as liaising with a multidisciplinary team both in house and in the University Hospital to ensure patients recuperate in a safe supported and appropriate environment.
As the point of escalation within the team, you will need to have a strong background in nurse management in the acute care setting.

Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse qualification
- NMBI Registration
- Nurse Management experience
- Familiarity with HIQA standards
- Interest in Nursing in an acute setting
