FRS Recruitment is partnering with a CARF-accredited organisation in Galway to recruit an experienced ADON to lead their Neuro Rehab Unit. The unit supports adults over the age of 18 with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) or other medical injuries, including tracheostomies, PEGs, and ventilators. The ADON will manage and grow the unit and provide cover in the nursing home as required. The service will fund additional training, including Level 9 education.
Essential Requirements:

Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (or eligible)

Minimum 3 years’ experience nursing older people(within the last 6 years)

At least 2 years’ nursing management experience

Evidence of continuous professional development (CPD)

Strong clinical, managerial, and administrative skills

Experience or strong interest in Neuro Rehabilitation / Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)
