We are currently recruiting an Assistant Deli Manager to join a busy and successful deli team within a well-established service station in Co. Kildare. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced deli or food retail professional seeking to take the next step in their career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the Deli Manager in the daily operations of the deli

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service

Supervise, lead, and motivate team members to deliver excellent performance

Assist with staff training, scheduling, and stock management

Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene regulations

Monitor waste, margins, and portion control to maximise efficiency

Take responsibility for deli operations in the Manager’s absence
Requirements:

Previous experience in a deli, food service, or food retail environment

Strong understanding of food safety and HACCP standards

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Ability to perform effectively in a busy, fast-paced setting

Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends
