Our client, a leading nationally-based Builders’ Provider with branches across Ireland, is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in running day-to-day operations, leading the team, and driving sales growth.
This pivotal role bridges the gap between staff and management, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and achievement of branch revenue goals. You will lead by example, manage stock and logistics, support financial planning, and develop staff to maximize performance.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the Branch Manager in sales, operations, and daily branch management

Manage stock, layout, logistics, and branch facilities
