Our client, a well-established company based in Thules, Co. Tipperary, is seeking a Finance Administrator / Assistant Accountant to join their established finance team. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is an excellent opportunity to build your career within a supportive organisation that offers genuine progression.
Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day finance function while building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, supplier payments and reconciliations.
- Maintain bank transactions, employee expenses and company credit card records.
- Support the purchase order process and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Assist with monthly management reporting and statutory returns.
- Provide general finance and administrative support as required.
Skills & Attributes
- Part-qualified or qualified Accountant, or equivalent finance experience.
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar finance role.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Well organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
- A confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
