As Area Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the Munster territory—driving revenue, strengthening existing key accounts, and expanding our market presence.

Identify and secure new business opportunities while maximizing sales across existing accounts.

Manage and develop strong networks with Builders' Merchants, House Builders, Main Contractors, Brickwork Contractors, and Specifiers.

Manage a active project pipeline, ensuring quotations and schedules are delivered promptly and tracked through to completion.

Increase market share through active promotion and strategic selling of our comprehensive product range.

Act as a technical and commercial expert, providing trusted advice on products and solutions.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records, activities, and sales leads in our CRM system.

Key Requirements:

Direct Sales Experience within the construction or building products sector
