Agri Sales Representative – Graduate Opportunity (Wexford)

on behalf of a long‑established agribusiness proudly serving the farming community in Wexford for over 100 years.
This is an exciting newly created position
designed to support the company’s ongoing growth, bringing high‑quality service directly to farms while strengthening long-term relationships with local farmers.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and grow a customer base across the Wexford region, leveraging the company’s strong reputation.
- Visit farmers directly on farm to offer guidance on inputs such as animal feeds, fertiliser, and animal health products.
- Support and develop existing accounts to ensure ongoing business and identify new opportunities.
- Meet sales goals and work towards targets with a clear plan for growth.
- Work closely with your manager and office support team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Handle customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Represent the business with pride and professionalism in the farming community.
What We’re Looking For
- A third-level qualification in Agriculture or a related field(ideal for new graduates).
- Practical farming experience — placement, family farm, or previous agri work experience all welcome.
- A genuine interest in agri advisory, on‑farm sales, and helping farmers make informed decisions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport easily.
- A full, valid driving licence.
- Basic IT skills for logging information and reporting.
Previous sales experience is an advantage but
not essential
— full training and support will be provided.
