FRS Recruitment is now partnering with a leading Irish Agri Media & Marketing organisation and is inviting applications for the role of Agri Media & Content Executive. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, organised and commercially minded professional to join a growing team delivering high-quality content and media solutions for clients across the agricultural sector.
Location: Our client is based in Dublin West.
Working Hours
- 37.5 hours per week
- Standard office hours are typically 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
- Remote Hybrid, 2 days office 3 days from home
- Flexibility may be required in line with business and client requirements
- Site visits to clients a requirement, Mileage and subsistence paid
Key Responsibilities
- Manage content production projects for clients, including video production, livestreams and design projects.
- Identify and implement new production methods to improve efficiencies and enhance output quality.
- Collaborate with commercial and management teams to develop client pitches, proposals and creative ideas.
- Achieve performance targets as agreed with management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Produce and fulfil written content requirements for clients where required.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends across video production, content creation, digital media and design.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Film, Communications, Media Studies, Digital Marketing, Agriculture or a related discipline is desirable.
- Previous experience within a production, content creation or media environment would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of video and podcast production processes and associated equipment.
- Strong understanding of the agricultural sector is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Project management experience is desirable.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate and develop new production ideas.
- Strong digital and social media skills.
- Full clean driving licence is essential.
