About the Role
As Agri Feed Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, supporting livestock farmers, and developing long-term customer partnerships. The successful candidate will combine strong commercial awareness with practical agricultural knowledge to help grow the business and maintain exceptional customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop day-to-day feed sales and business operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across the region.
- Provide farmers with professional advice on animal feed and nutrition solutions.
- Coordinate stock management, customer orders, deliveries, and account administration.
- Represent the business professionally within the local agricultural community.
- Support business growth initiatives and contribute to overall sales strategy.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in agricultural sales, animal nutrition, feed, farm supplies, or a related sector.
- Strong understanding of livestock farming systems and feed products.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Commercially focused with a proactive approach to business development.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Practical, customer-focused, and results-driven mindset.
