Hours: Part Time, 20-25 hours per week.

Salary: €17 p/hr

We are seeking a Part Time Aftersales Administrator to support our client’s busy aftersales department. Our client is a long-established Tralee based business. As an Aftersales Administrator you will provide administrative support, manage customer communications, and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the service department.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer calls and aftersales enquiries
  • Book service appointments and customer follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate customer, vehicle, and service records
  • Support invoicing, job cards, and warranty administration
  • Assist the service team with general administration and scheduling
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and communication

Requirements:

  • Previous administration or customer service experience
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Good IT skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
