Location: Tralee
Hours: Part Time, 20-25 hours per week.
Salary: €17 p/hr
We are seeking a Part Time Aftersales Administrator to support our client’s busy aftersales department. Our client is a long-established Tralee based business. As an Aftersales Administrator you will provide administrative support, manage customer communications, and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the service department.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer calls and aftersales enquiries
- Book service appointments and customer follow-ups
- Maintain accurate customer, vehicle, and service records
- Support invoicing, job cards, and warranty administration
- Assist the service team with general administration and scheduling
- Ensure high standards of customer service and communication
Requirements:
- Previous administration or customer service experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good IT skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
