Turas Nua re looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team. This role is fully office based Mon- Fri 9-5 based in their Roscrea office.

ABOUT Turas NUA

At Turas Nua, we support people who are unemployed by providing intensive, targeted and personalised employment support services. The Intreo Partner of National Employment Services (IPNES) contract is delivered by Turas Nua, the Irish employability services provider. Turas Nua is an Irish employability services provider, wholly owned by FRS Network, an Irish cooperative social enterprise, which has been delivering services to Irish communities since 1980.

PURPOSE OF ROLE

Conduct review of Customer accounts to ensure that all notation and information required to recognize revenue is accounted for.

PERSON PROFILE

You will liaise with the Operations (OPS), Customer Contact Centre (CCC) and Employer Services (ES) team to ensure that all claims being made have sufficient supporting notation and documentation. You will be detail focused and capable of working within tight monthly deadlines managing both business expectations and associated pressures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Verify that sufficient notation and supporting documents is present on file for milestones and continuously and meticulously update central records with latest contact details.
  2. Liaise with IWS, ES and Ops to close off any gaps in information.
  3. Conduct calls with all internal colleagues whilst continuing to build rapport.
  4. Monitor all inbound rejections/anomaly and process correct accordingly.
  5. Run and maintain reports to show monthly sustain rates and compliance levels from the business.
  6. Develop relationships and networks with key stakeholders, both internal, external and funding providers to ensure smooth operation of all processes.
  7. Perform any other administrative duties as required.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
  • The ability to develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills, to communicate directly at ease
  • Minimum of three years’ experience of working in a customer focused, high paced results driven environment.
  • The ability to build rapport and work effectively with challenging individuals & cases.
  • Knowledge of the local labour market.
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft office packages and databases, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Excellent team player – experience of working successfully as part of a team.
  • Flexible, approachable & adaptable to change.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in a results driven environment.
  • Third level qualification in a related field e.g. Business
  • Understanding of the local/regional labour market.
  • ECDL or equivalent.
  • Problem solving skills.
