On behalf of my client, a manufacturing facility in Little Island, Co. Cork, I am recruiting for a part time, temporary Administrator.
Hours: 4 hours per day, 5 days a week. Flexible start times!
Contract Length: 6 months with strong potential for extension or permanency!
Responsibilities:
- Check,update and file documentation for materials, suppliers and hauliers
- Covering reception area: Meeting and greeting visitors, couriers and contractors; Answering phone calls and diverting to the relevant department
- Raising purchase orders for supplies
- Monitor canteen stock and ordering catering for meetings or events
- Monitoring PPE stock and placing orders
- Chasing up time sheets and submitting to payroll
- Arrange on boarding, training and documentation for new starters
- Assisting with IT setup and password reset
- Liaising with suppliers and hauliers
- Various ad hoc admin duties as required
Requirements
- Strong IT skills - use of MS Office including basic Excel experience
- Attention to detail and organisation
- Professional phone manner
- Time management and multi tasking
