FRS Recruitment, on behalf of our client within the recycling industry, is currently seeking an Administrator to join their team in Tullamore on a short-term contract. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative support
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Purchase order (PO) creation and processing
- Customer communication and support
- Assisting with staff rosters
- Handling lodgements
- Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative duties
Key Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience is essential
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Full driving licence is an advantage
This role would suit a proactive and reliable individual who can manage multiple tasks and support daily operations effectively.
