On behlaf of my client based just outside of Ennis, Co. Clare, I am recruiting for a Temporary Administrator.
Contract Length: 3 months
Hours of work: 9 - 2; option to work full time hours if preferable
Responsibilites:
- Provide comprehensive admin support to management
- Answering incoming calls and emails; taking messages and queries
- Scheduling and updating jobs for customers
- Booking accomodation and travel
- Minute taking
- Diary management
- Data entry (sales figures, property listings etc.)
- Arranging both internal and external events
- Support finance by raising POs and creating invoices
- Maintaining databases of documentation for financial, personnel and customer records
- Ordering stationary and office supplies
Requirements:
- Experience in clerical or administrative roles preferred.
- Proficient in using word/excel
- Experience with minute taking desirable
- Drivers Licence and own transport
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
