Contract: Full-time, Permanent(6-month probation)
Salary: €16.50 per hour
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (with flexibility to cover Saturdays / Bank Holidays if required)


Overview

Our client, is currently seeking a General Office Administrator to join their growing administration team. This role focuses on providing comprehensive administrative support across the office, including reception cover and supporting other office functions as required.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong willingness to learn.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support across the business

  • Cover reception duties as required, including greeting visitors and handling calls

  • Support various office functions and departments as needed

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

  • Prepare, update, and manage reports and data using Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Ensure a high level of accuracy when recording, interpreting, and analysing data

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist with implementation

  • Work collaboratively as part of the administration team

  • Adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a flexible and positive manner


Essential Competencies & Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong self-discipline with a structured and organised approach to work

  • Proven problem-solving ability

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Strong numerical skills with the ability to record, interpret, and analyse data accurately

  • Ability to identify, plan, and implement improvements
