Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Administrator to join a busy team in Dublin on a long-term temporary basis. This role will support both Accounts and Technical departments, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of documentation in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and assign weekly contractor timesheets
- Create, monitor, and receipt purchase orders
- Process contractor invoices and liaise with Accounts Payable to ensure timely payment
- Maintain and update training registers
- Generate, review and format reports and documents
- Manage document control systems and filing
- Provide administrative support to Mechanical and Electrical Senior Technical Executives and Technical Executives
- Carry out general administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in administrative role or a similar Accounts/Finance
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, document-heavy environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Fluent English with a high standard of report writing
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
