About the Role

We are looking for an organised, compassionate, and reliable Administration & Care Coordinator Support to join our care team.

This is a varied role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our care services. You will provide administrative support to the care coordinator while helping to ensure that our clients receive a high standard of safe, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the Care Coordinator and wider care team
  • Assisting with staff rotas, schedules, and allocation of care visits
  • Communicating with clients, families, carers, and healthcare professionals
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with staff onboarding, training records, and compliance documentation
  • Monitoring care schedules and helping to resolve changes or cover requirements
  • Responding professionally to telephone calls, emails, and general enquiries
  • Supporting the Care Coordinator with daily operational tasks
  • Helping to identify and escalate any concerns relating to client care or staffing

About You

Qualifications:

  • Recognised administration qualification or similar
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
  • Previous experience in healthcare, homecare, administration, or care coordination is desirable, but training will be provided for the right candidate .
