My client based in Clonmel Co. Tipperary is looking for an experienced Finance Assistant/Accounts Payable candidate to join their team on a contract role. This role is an immediate start and will initially be for 3 months. This role is fully office based Monday - Friday 9-5.
Duties:
| AP RMC Accrual Review |
| Quarterly review of duty , freight & clearance accrual |
| HM Customs duty & vat (UK) entry & queries of same each month |
| New customer/Supplier set up |
| Customs and Proforma invoices |
| Monthly AIB- C/A reconciliation |
| Overhead invoices & queries |
| Staff Expenses & Visa – distributing visa statements & any queries |
| Petty Cash and foreign exchange petty cash management |
| Irish and UK VAT returns |
| CSO Returns |
| Specific supplier report - e.g. stock in our customer bond warehouse |
| Fixed Asset management |
| Weekly Fx and monthly FX rate entry |
| Prepayments & accruals schedules |
| Intrastat, VIES & EC Sales returns (UK & IE) |
| Monthly Henkel Stock aging reports to Henkel site (Telling them to move stock past aged limit) |
| Monthly stock ageing report |
