My client who is based on the Ballysimon Road in Limerick is looking for an experienced Administrator/Accounts Administrator to join their team on a contract basis. This role will initially be for 1 year (Carers Leave cover)

Duties:

  • Processing & filing & reconciliation of supplier invoices
  • Following up on queries with supplier invoices
  • Perform data entry and maintain up-to-date systems
  • Ensure adherence to strict deadlines and reporting timelines
  • Assist with general administrative duties and other ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements

  • Experience in an accounts or administration role is essential
  • Proficiency using accounting software system such as SAGE is desirable
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel, Word
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident liaising with clients and vendors
  • Fluent English and strong keyboard skills essential
