My client who is based on the Ballysimon Road in Limerick is looking for an experienced Administrator/Accounts Administrator to join their team on a contract basis. This role will initially be for 1 year (Carers Leave cover)
Duties:
- Processing & filing & reconciliation of supplier invoices
- Following up on queries with supplier invoices
- Perform data entry and maintain up-to-date systems
- Ensure adherence to strict deadlines and reporting timelines
- Assist with general administrative duties and other ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements
- Experience in an accounts or administration role is essential
- Proficiency using accounting software system such as SAGE is desirable
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel, Word
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident liaising with clients and vendors
- Fluent English and strong keyboard skills essential
