We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join a busy finance team in Dublin 12 on a part-time basis (approx. 25 hours per week), for a 3 month fixed term contract.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied, hands-on accounts role within a fast-paced environment
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing sales invoices daily, including EDI invoicing for key customers
- Allocating customer receipts and supporting credit control activities
- Bank lodgements, postings and reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate customer accounts and resolving queries
- Supporting month-end processes and sales ledger reporting
- Assisting with new customer account applications
- Providing general support across the wider accounts team as required
About you:
- 1–2 years’ experience in a similar accounts/finance role
- Strong Excel and accounting systems experience
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and reconciliations
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a busy environment and meeting deadlines
- Good communication skills and a team-focused approach
