Lettings Property Finance Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a busy and growing SME property business in Limerick City for an experienced Lettings Property Finance Administrator. This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across finance administration, reconciliations, customer communication, and day-to-day operational support.
This role will heavily focus on reconciliations and financial administration linked to property lettings and landlord accounts. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring financial records are accurate, payments are tracked correctly, and landlords and tenants receive a high level of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and balancing landlord accounts
- Tracking rental income and outgoing payments
- Processing maintenance payments and supplier invoices
- Raising and issuing invoices for services provided
- Carrying out regular reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate financial and property records
- Supporting the wider office team with administration duties
- Answering phones and assisting with general customer queries when required
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, and service providers
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in finance administration, accounts administration, or property administration
- Strong reconciliations experience is essential
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a busy SME environment where no two days are the same
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong IT skills, particularly Excel and finance systems
- A proactive and hands-on approach to work
