A well-established company based in Enniscorthy are seeking an experienced Office Accounts Manager to take ownership of its day-to-day finance function. This is a key role suited to a highly organised and detail-focused professional who is comfortable working independently in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all core accounting activities, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
- Process weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Prepare and submit VAT returns
- Monitor cash flow, reconcile accounts, and support financial reporting
- Act as a key point of contact for suppliers and customers, handling queries professionally
- Provide general administrative support to management as required
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 year's experience in a similar accounts or bookkeeping role
- Strong knowledge of AP, AR, payroll, and VAT processes
- Experience with accounting software and strong Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative
- Strong communication and organisational skills
