A well-established company based in Enniscorthy are seeking an experienced Office Accounts Manager to take ownership of its day-to-day finance function. This is a key role suited to a highly organised and detail-focused professional who is comfortable working independently in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all core accounting activities, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
  • Process weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns
  • Monitor cash flow, reconcile accounts, and support financial reporting
  • Act as a key point of contact for suppliers and customers, handling queries professionally
  • Provide general administrative support to management as required

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 year's experience in a similar accounts or bookkeeping role
  • Strong knowledge of AP, AR, payroll, and VAT processes
  • Experience with accounting software and strong Excel skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
