Part-Time Accounts Assistant / Administrator – Kilkenny City
Our client, a well-established business based in Kilkenny City, is currently seeking to recruit a Part-Time Accounts Assistant / Administrator to join their team.
Reporting to the Office Manager, the successful candidate will support the day-to-day running of the office and will be responsible for a range of accounts and administrative duties.
This role offers approximately 24 hours per week, and the company is flexible regarding working days and schedules, making it an excellent opportunity for someone seeking part-time hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recording supplier invoices and matching with purchase orders where required
- Processing and recording payments received
- Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
- Accurate data entry
- General office administration
- Dealing with customer queries
Requirements:
- Previous bookkeeping experience
- Experience using a computerised accounts package
- Previous office-based experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
