The FRS Recruitment Employment Insights Report for 2023 reveals intriguing insights into the current job market landscape. The data highlights a growing sense of optimism and adaptability among both candidates and employers, driven by confidence in the economy.

Businesses are actively hiring, given the near full employment status, and individuals are increasingly open to exploring new career opportunities.

This year’s survey was conducted in April 2023. The 4,347 respondents were a mixture of employers, employees, and candidates across Ireland, as well as Irish people based in other countries.
