2020 Annual Insights Report

Our 2020 annual Employment Insights Report surveyed 2,200 participants and was conducted throughout May and June 2020. The respondents were a mixture of employers and employees across Ireland, as well as Irish residents living abroad. 69% of employers surveyed worked in organisations with 250 or less employees and 22% worked in organisations of over 500 employees.

The report offers a unique insight into employment perspectives around Covid-19, examining features of the employment market such as the impacts of the pandemic on business, future outlook, the challenges faced by job seekers, the surge in remote working options, and an evaluation of employer attitudes in 2020.
