Warehouse Operative (South Kerry)
Job Overview
We are seeking a Warehouse Operative for a manufacturing facility in South Kerry.
Due to an increase in activity in their operations, they are seeking a Warehouse Operative for an initially period of 3-months. The operational hours are Monday to Friday, hours range from 9am-5pm
Duties:
- Packing of product
- Making up Boxes
- Pallet sortation
- Loading and unloading of vehicles
- Monitor products coming in and out of the warehouse
- Keep the warehouse a clean and tidy environment
Experience:
- Ideally candidates would have a minimum of 1 years experience working in a distribution warehouse or similar environment
- Licensed for Counterbalance forklifts and/or Pivot Trucks preferable
Candidate attributes:
- Must have excellent housekeeping and a high attention to detail
- Good IT and organisation skills
- Good interpersonal skills and an ability to converse in a confident and friendly manner
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Positive, proactive and readily embraces change
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to be flexible in line with the demands of the job
