Urgent Administration Assistant
FRS Recruitment are urgently recruiting for Junior Administrators for a company based in Monaghan.
This is a full-time temporary position to cover Maternity Leave.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm
You will need to be available immediately as the start date is ASAP until January 2021.
This is an international company and your role will be to support the Office Manager in all aspects of the administration of the organisation.
Your main duties are:
- Dealing with client calls and providing feedback
- Supporting the team with various administrative tasks
- Help organise and maintain office and reception areas
- Maintaining files and records
- Any ad hoc responsibilities that may be required
Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in use of MS Office Suite especially Excel.
- Ideally have at least 12 months previous reception/office administration experience
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written and strong organisational abilities.
- Capacity to handle confidential information with excellent attention to detail.
