Trainee Mechanic

Job Overview

FRS Recruitment are seeking a Trainee Mechanic/Engineer in the Cork City region. This is a great opportunity to join a reputable and established company within the transport/refrigeration industry. Full training will be provided with accreditation specific to company and product brand. THIS IS NOT A SOLAS APPRENTICESHIP. Full time permanent role with ongoing training and certification.

Pay scale increases yearly in accordance with training successfully completed.

Candidate Profile:

• Keen interest in Automotive repairs and mechanics
• Keen to undertake a training program and learn on the job
• Motivated with good attitude
• Excellent time-keeper
• Ability to follow instructions and work on own ititiative
• Team Player - be willing to help out team when required

If you have a keen interest in the motor industry, enjoy restoring, modifying or casually working on cars/motorbikes then this is the role for you.

Own transport required or ability to get to location.
