An excellent opportunity has arisen for a qualified Toolmaker to join a leading precision engineering company in Limerick who supply a wide range of precision engineered solutions to a very impressive range of blue chip multinational clients.
As Toolmaker you will play a key role in precision machining a wide range of component parts, tools and fixtures, using a wide range of materials and equipment/machine tools.
In the toolmaking role you will also be involved in
Programing and operating Wire EDM, CNC Machines, Surface Grinding & Tool Assembly
Complying with all new product documentation and process control procedures including CNC program control and fixture documentation
Ensuring components and finished products consistently meet design specifications and highest engineering and quality standards
To hit the ground running in the toolmaker role you will ideally have 3+ years post qualification experience with experience using CAD/CAM.
You will be an analytical problem solver with the ability to handle all aspects of tooling development from print to production. As a key member of the organisation's team you will be detail orientated and highly organised individual who enjoys working in autonomous environment.
