Job Overview

The ideal Test / QA Manager will have a testing qualification and experience, ideally ISTQB Advanced with relevant test experience in the insurance industry. The Test / QA Manager role will involve customer engagement to ensure quality assurance.

Enables the Test Manager to engage in the direction and management of full project life-cycle testing to ensure quality assurance and testing to best practice standards. The role involves client-facing and overall ownership of the test process and team direction.

Key Requirements

  • Hold a relevant IT degree - Computer Science, Information Systems
  • ISTQB Advanced
  • Project Management certification

Key Responsibilities

  • Management, design and development of test frameworks and procedures
  • Management project life-cycle and develop team strategies
  • Work allocation and coordination of testing schedules
  • Client engagement
  • Create quality assurance procedures and provide QA evaluation estimates
  • Conduct and advise on risk
