Responsibilities, as Tender/Bid Co-ordinator, you will communicating client requirements internally. Driving and understanding prospective client requirements, identifying client decision makers and identifying Unique Selling Points (USP), analysing competitor positioning. As Tender Co-Ordinator, you will contribute to bid meetings, agree bid timetable and track progress, Writing bid response documentation. You will be responsible for sourcing, drafting and editing content as appropriate. Liaising with finance to develop the bid pricing strategy.

Experience: 3rd level business /marketing degree, Understanding of trends analysis to identify areas for improvement in respect of bid performance relating to bid activity data. Excellent : Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Strong analytical ability.
