Temporary School Coordinator

Job Overview

Role Responsibilities:

-Initiate and oversee the initial school communications campaign

-Be an advocate for the suite of school programs.

-Management of school appointments and bookings

-Deliver bespoke presentations and pitches to school management

-Develop and manage relationships with schools

-Compile and deliver high-level in-depth reporting to management and client

-Maintain and update database and records

-Setting realistic, efficient and achievable timelines

Ideal candidate attributes:

-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (fluent English essential)

-An ability to develop and deliver high-end comprehensive presentations

-An understanding of the educational landscape and cross-curricular learning

-The ability to lead and inspire trust

-Experience of relationship management

-Be highly motivated

-Experience in sales is desirable

-Excellent time management skills

-High level of office and administrative skills

-Great interpersonal skills

-Robust IT and record keeping ability

-Excellent problem-solving and reaction skills

-An ability to manage multiple competing priorities within deadlines

-Willingness to travel to school appointments

-Full clean driving license and access to own car

-Available to start in mid-August
