Temporary Filing Clerk
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled individual to fill a temporary data entry position in Tipperary Town. This role involves cross-referencing files and physically moving of files. Requires attention to detail. The position is available for a duration of two months.
- Perform data entry tasks, including cross-referencing files and updating information in Excel.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data by conducting thorough checks and verification.
- Organise and maintain data in an efficient and structured manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Follow established procedures and protocols for data entry and file management.
Duration and Compensation:
- This is a temporary position for a period of two months.
- Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm
- The hourly rate for this role is €12.50.
- The position is based in Tipperary Town.
- Proficient in Excel with advanced skills in data entry and manipulation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
- Excellent organisational skills to handle large volumes of data effectively.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in data entry or a related field is desirable.
- Familiarity with cross-referencing files and data validation techniques is a plus.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
