Our successful client is looking for TeleSales Executive to join their team to excel at managing and closing sales leads. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities in the pipeline and ensure an excellent experience is provided throughout the sales process. This candidate will have an aptitude for sales, be resourceful, results-driven and customer-oriented.

The role:

  • Managing and closing sales leads generated through a variety of channels, including inbound calls, email and social media
  • Business development
  • Developing professional relationships with potential customers
  • Gaining a good understanding of our client's needs
  • B2B and B2C direct selling
  • Develop and manage relationships with partners and clients and capitalising on cross-selling opportunities in order to grow the business
  • Order Processing and completion

We're looking for someone who is :

  • experienced in a target-driven sales environment
  • has a third level qualification
  • strong negotiating, influencing and interpersonal skills
  • strong customer focused
  • excellent communication skills
  • effective decision making ability
  • Proficiencies in MS Office applications - Excel, Outlook, Word
  • Some experience in CRM systems. E.g. SalesForce
