Technical Support Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to be part of a fast-paced customer service team. You will be responsible for incoming issues via phone or email.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and Updating call logs
  • Diagnosing issues and providing feedback to clients on technical issues
  • Maintain positive relationships between the wider IT Team and clients
  • Act as a point of escalation for technical issues
  • Perform root cause if known or steps for investigation
  • Perform immediate fix or escalate further as required

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience working in a Technical Support position
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues in a timely manner
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
  • Experience using CRM systems to log issues and steps taken
  • Experience providing support via phone and email
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word
