Technical Support Specialist
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to be part of a fast-paced customer service team. You will be responsible for incoming issues via phone or email.
- Managing and Updating call logs
- Diagnosing issues and providing feedback to clients on technical issues
- Maintain positive relationships between the wider IT Team and clients
- Act as a point of escalation for technical issues
- Perform root cause if known or steps for investigation
- Perform immediate fix or escalate further as required
- Minimum 2+ years' experience working in a Technical Support position
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues in a timely manner
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Experience using CRM systems to log issues and steps taken
- Experience providing support via phone and email
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word
