Technical Support Executive

Location: Dublin city centre

Main duties:

  • Investigation of any technical issues and following-up with relevant parties
  • Supporting onboarding of IT software providers
  • Dealing with the production and distribution of reports
  • Supporting the development of training materials, user guides and events
  • Coordinating and delivering training and updates
  • Proactively research and report on issues to the IT Manager with suggested improvements
  • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate with at least a level 8 qualification, preferably in Science, technology, engineering, and / or mathematics or business discipline
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Office 365, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Knowledge of databases and SQL would be an advantage
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Born problem solver who can think outside the box
  • Can do attitude and positive approach to work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skill
