Technical Support Analyst

Job Overview

As a Technical Support Analyst, you will provide a high level of support to clients on a range of software products. This will involve guiding them on use and features, answer questions and troubleshooting technical issues.

Responsibilities

  • Support clients with a range of software products with emphasis on high user satisfaction
  • Provide education on new features and products
  • Troubleshoot technical issues
  • Escalate technical issues where required

Requirements

  • Experience working closely with technology
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • Strong customer focused approach to solving issues
  • High level of critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be able to understand technical issues and be able to communicate them to non-technical audiences
