Due to expansion, our client well-established manufacture of bathrooms products are seeking to recruit a Technical After Sales Support Team Member. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a sales role and be passionate about providing an excellent standard of customer service. They will be technically minded people, a good knowledge of the plumbing trade would be an advantage

Technical After-Sales Support

  • Technical after-sales support for customers, installers, and end-users
  • Ensure every query is given the best available solution
  • Troubleshoot technical queries by phone, email, and video
  • Spare Part Sales: Identify and sell the correct spare part
  • Arrange Service Engineer customer call-outs to solve a problem
  • Manage, update & maintain product specification documents
  • Provide technical support to the Flair field & office sales team
  • Demonstrate products to industry professionals
  • Positive & solution-focused approach for challenging queries


  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role or industry
  • Knowledge of plumbing, heating & bathroom products
  • Excellent communication skills, high level of organisational skills and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to maintain focus, control, and positivity under pressure
  • Full clean driving license
  • Available to attend sales & product demonstrations and trade shows
  • Be willing to learn and have the ambition to progress
