Role: Tech Support Team Lead

Company: Leading developer and provider of software solutions.

Location: Dublin North

Responsibilities (not limited to)

  • Ensure support incidents are reviewed by the support team members within agreed SLA
  • Ensure that all department metrics are adhered too
  • Develop procedures and documentation for application support
  • Provide subject matter expertise and support for systems, technologies and products
  • Evaluate project data for accuracy, and take the lead in setting project targets and priorities
  • Inspire and motivate teamwork for achieving goals
  • Encourage and support independent thinking
  • Mentor and train junior team members
  • Attend technical training to acquire more knowledge of technical procedures and applications
  • Remain knowledgeable of current technology and carry out research to identify new trends that can be used to achieve maximum results
  • Carry out other technical related duties that may be required.
  • Maintain cover for support during afterhours and during holidays

Requirements:

  • BS degree in Management or equivalent experience
  • Min 2 years proven work experience as a team leader or manager
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Natural charisma and leadership
  • Ability to make quick and smart decisions under pressure
