Job Overview

A client within the Finance Sector is currently seeking to hire a skilled Team Leader within their Operations function to join their busy team in Co. Clare. This is a newly created position due to company growth. This role requires experience in the financial sector and previous management of a team.

The company has a hybrid policy in place of 1-2 days a week in the office.This is a permanent position.

Responsibilities

  • Lead team to consistently delivers required levels of service to ensure the optimum customer experience across all interactions.
  • Ensure all tasks are conducted in a manner compliant with all policies, procedures and legislative requirements
  • Appraise, coach and develop team members to ensure development to agreed business standards
  • To create and maintain a positive culture within the team

Requirements

  • Accredited Product Adviser
  • Previous experience in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Experience in an analytical environment
  • Excellent communications, coaching and presentation skills
