- Responsible for motivating and managing a team of advisers.
- Drive performance through KPI's
- Deliver best in class customer care to ensure a delivery of a service that has been previously committed.
- Analyse to ensure business needs are met and consistent.
- Mentor and develop staff, through training and development using talent management frameworks
- Experience in managing a team and managing performance through KPI's and metrics
- Experience in a BPO is advantageous but not necessary
- Strong customer focus and acumen
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment and deal with customer queries.
