Job Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for motivating and managing a team of advisers.
  • Drive performance through KPI's
  • Deliver best in class customer care to ensure a delivery of a service that has been previously committed.
  • Analyse to ensure business needs are met and consistent.
  • Mentor and develop staff, through training and development using talent management frameworks

Responsibilities:

  • Experience in managing a team and managing performance through KPI's and metrics
  • Experience in a BPO is advantageous but not necessary
  • Strong customer focus and acumen
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a busy environment and deal with customer queries.
