Role Summary
As my client enters a new growth stage in 2022, their HR team is in need of a highly enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Partner with a passion for Web3 and blockchain industry to help them hire the best talent.

What you will do:


● Help to develop talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation and
sourcing campaigns
● Manage excellent working relationship with our external recruitment agencies
● Partner with stakeholders to help optimize sourcing efforts by leveraging data
● Comfortable completely at 360 recruitment process via ATS and keep all information
up-to-date and keep the business well informed
● Optimize resources from ATS, to store, manage and engage talent pools for appropriate
vacancies
● Conduct Online interviews at various stages to qualify candidates, from a competency
perspective, skill and cultural fit
● Champion Employer Branding through careers page, LinkedIN, Discord, Telegram, Twitter
and other social media platforms
● Find and engage active/passive candidates through various channels, as well as adopt
alternative search technique
● Produce concise reports (weekly, monthly and quarterly) and maintain trackers for various
projects
● Compose Job descriptions, job adverts and manage our LinkedIn Recruitment Account
● Interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates and manage expectations
from both ends
● Check all necessary compliance documentation, both from the candidate and hiring
manager
● Implement modern sourcing/recruiting methods
● Build a talent pipeline for future vacancies
● Provide hands-on support to the HR team with internal projects, presentations including
market benchmarking of salaries and benefits

Must have skills / experience


Blockchain, Crypto and NFT enthusiast (i.e crypto or NFT investor)
● Minimum 3 years agency or relevant in-house experience in sourcing top of the market
talent in Tech firms
● Able to manage at least 15 vacancies at one time including administrative tasks
● Excellent negotiation skills
● Deep understanding of the hiring landscape and complexity of global talent markets
● Ability to communicate effectively and concisely with candidates at all stages
● Results driven approach with proven experience sourcing top talent at high scale
● Ability to set priorities and take action facing competing demands
● Solution focussed and work with data to make strategic and tactical decisions
● Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems
● Ability to work under pressure but maintain accuracy and confidentiality
● Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to flexibly demonstrate and generate
ideas to challenges.
● Ability to adapt to an ever changing environment and flexible juggling responsibilities and
priorities to meet business demand
