Job Overview

Role Objective:

As a key member of the management team, the Support Manager reports directly to the General Manager and plays a vital role in supporting and directing critical business processes. The primary objective is to drive business growth and further advance the company's vision for the region. With oversight for Finance, HR Admin, Sales Administration & Support, IT, and inventories, the Business Support Manager works closely with the Regional Business Controller and regularly interacts with the FP&A departments as appropriate.

As the Support Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of your new company's business. Key Responsibilities:
As a seasoned professional, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a team of skilled individuals in the back-office function. You will play a critical role in contributing to the annual budget and ensuring reliable input to Controlling all business support activities. In addition, you will coordinate and liaise with both internal and external resources and partners, continuously monitoring internal processes to identify areas for improvement and implementing new policies and plans to support business growth.

As a key member of the team, you will also be responsible for managing the Support team in the areas of HR, sales support, IT, finance, and administration. This includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, including inventory control and health & safety, as well as ensuring timely and adequate response to Business Support-related customer queries.

You will work closely with the General Manager, supporting them with day-to-day commercial, financial, HR, and organizational activities. Furthermore, you will implement and measure development plans, ensuring that the team is equipped with the necessary skills and resources to perform their roles to the best of their abilities.

With your keen eye for detail and commitment to lean principles, you will be instrumental in streamlining internal processes and managing premises, fleet management, tax, and environment-related activities.

Skills and Experience:

Excellent IT and Microsoft Office skills are a must, as are good organizational skills and a strong commercial acumen.
