Job Overview

What YOU will be doing.

  • Providing support, problem diagnostics and resolution
  • Escalate and highlight any unresolved issues to relevant departments
  • Provide excellent customer centric support at all times
  • Onboarding new Clients
  • SaaS support

What YOU need.

  • Minimum 2 years customer facing experience, preferrably with a Saas provider
  • Minimum 2 years working around an IT environment
  • Stong organisation and multitasking skills
  • Must be already eligible to work permenantly in Ireland

Desired but no essential

  • Experience working within the Life & Pensions sector
  • Experience working with SaaS CRM products
  • Experience working in IT Projects
