Job Overview
What YOU will be doing.
- Providing support, problem diagnostics and resolution
- Escalate and highlight any unresolved issues to relevant departments
- Provide excellent customer centric support at all times
- Onboarding new Clients
- SaaS support
What YOU need.
- Minimum 2 years customer facing experience, preferrably with a Saas provider
- Minimum 2 years working around an IT environment
- Stong organisation and multitasking skills
- Must be already eligible to work permenantly in Ireland
Desired but no essential
- Experience working within the Life & Pensions sector
- Experience working with SaaS CRM products
- Experience working in IT Projects
