Supply Chain Coordinator- Dublin West

Job Overview

My client, a market leader in FMCG products, is in need of a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their leading organization based in Dublin West

This is a great opportunity for a Supply Chain Coordinator who has experience working in an FMCG environment and is looking for an opportunity to progress their career in a leading organization.

The duties for the Supply Chain Coordinator role include but are not limited to:

  • Monitor and Coordinate shipping requirements
  • Monitor and manage partner warehouses deliveries- inbounds and outbound deliveries
  • Arrange shipping from suppliers and ensuring all deliveries are in time and resolving any discrepancies that can arise
  • Coordinate stock/monitor and forecast stock levels
  • Generate stock movement reports
  • Manage paperwork- ensure delivery accuracy
  • Stock Procurement
  • Maintain up to date administration on locations, transport bookings and delivery of shipments for the products
  • Liaising with production and sales teams on stock levels, skus and inventory issues

The requirements for the desired Supply Chain Coordinator include but are not limited to:

  • Previous experience in a Logistics or Supply Chain coordinator role
  • Previous experience working in an FMCG production environment highly desired
  • Strong systems skills, ERP, excel etc.
  • High level of organization with attention to detail
  • Good level of numeracy, literacy and analytical
  • Good communication skills with proven work performance results.
  • Hard working and reliable
